Join cacao circle leader Lauren Champagne and sound healer Caity Murphy for a journey of heart-opening cacao and soul-soothing sound! This 90 minute experience will begin with cacao, the food of the gods, to open your heart and deepen your connection to self. As we sip we will learn about the rich history of cacao and how it came to be the chocolate that we know and love today! Once our cups are empty, we will get comfy & cozy and enjoy the deep relaxation that crystal singing bowls offer us. The healing vibrations of sound healing coupled with the magic of delicious cacao will elevate your frequency and leave you feeling rejuvenated and alive!
