Move, Breathe, and Flow
Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this moderately paced class checks all the boxes. Find balance, strength, and flexibility as you connect to yourself - mind, body, and breath. Modifications and variations are provided to allow you explore the poses at your own pace in your unique body.

Slow down and focus on your postures and breath. This intentional class offers a combination of balance, strength, and release as you move and hold poses. Press pause and lean in - you won’t regret it.

Unwind and Align
This juicy class will begin with a deeply restorative Yin yoga practice before transitioning into a mindful slow flow. Yin yoga will allow you to release tension, unlock fascia, and stimulate the flow of energy through the body’s meridians. Take this newfound awareness and ease with you as you move through an intentional slow-flow practice, ending with a restorative savasana.

Rest and Recharge
Restore yourself back to a sense of peace through this easeful and nurturing practice. Move through a sequence of restorative yoga postures supported by bolsters, blocks, and blankets to bring you ultimate comfort as you pause for rest. This calming experience is the perfect way to unwind, de-stress, and restore balance - mind, body, and soul. Optional hands-on assists may be offered.

The Subtle Art of Deep Rest
Treat yourself to the transformative power of Yoga Nidra. This meditation, also referred to as “yogic sleep” is an effortless yet powerful form of meditation designed to quiet the mind and induce deep relaxation. This passive experience will allow the body and mind to rest while maintaining a state of consciousness. A combination of breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization will bring you to a deeply restorative state of being; promoting physical, mental, and emotional well being. Get cozy and comfortable and allow yourself to be still.

Prenatal yoga is a special time to connect with your changing body and growing baby while preparing for birth. Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, each class blends strength, relaxation, meditation, breathwork, and restorative postures to support you through pregnancy and ease the transition to labor. For over a decade, Sarah has cultivated a nurturing space where expectant mothers can bond, share, and build friendships. Her guidance empowers women to connect with their inner strength and wisdom, fostering trust in their ability to birth with confidence.
